THE THIRD GUARDIAN MAKES A CHANGE IN
MEMBERSHIP OF
THIRD INTERNATIONAL BAHA’I COUNCIL

Dear and faithful Baha’i brother Frank,
Due to the several serious health problems that are afflicting Daniel Havner which he has reported in a letter to me under date of 5 December which have forced him to resign as Secretary of the Mother Bahá’í Council of Myanmar, I have therefore sadly informed him of his removal as an Assistant Secretary of the third International Bahá’í Council, in an email letter, effective 6 December 2006, of which you have received a copy.
Please advise the faithful friends of this change in the membership of the Council and my appointment herewith of Mark V. Marangella, as his replacement on the Council, effective upon the date shown above.
